Bringing in Shabbat

The first commandment regarding Shabbat is to remember it.

This I don't believe is meaning to remember it exists on Shabbat, but to rememeber it all through the week. To count down towards it, to number our days of the week in anticipation of its arrival, for after all it is the first of our Holy convocations, our appointed times with our maker. It is a rehersal for that final and eternal Shabbat.

So how do you prepare for it?
